Two shuttle loom for large diameter hose jacket
As we had developed a three shuttles loom for large dia hose jacket since 2015
but three shuttles loom low production rate ,and many flaw on the jacket ,clients hard weave beautiful hose jacket.
So we make the weft tube more longer,NOW its length is 680mm.
Hence it resulted that loom increased its production rate and low flaw on hose jacket ,when it weaving hose ,it works more steady than three shuttles loom.
whats more ,3 shuttles loom only can weave plain weave,this updated two shuttles loom can weave both plain and twill weave.
